The product

Jacl is a desktop application by Jacl Labs that provides AI-assisted meeting transcription, summaries, task management, and integrations, processed locally on your device by default.

Trial and license

Jacl offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid license is required for continued use.
A license is a one-time purchase of $49.99 USD, sold and managed through our merchant of record, Polar. [Link to Polar terms — TODO.]

Acceptable use

You agree to use Jacl in compliance with applicable law, including obtaining any consent required to record conversations in your jurisdiction. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.

Optional features may connect to third-party services you configure (e.g. cloud AI providers, email providers, Jira). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
